Terms of Service

TailorMetric may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access to gated features requires an active subscription (“Atelier Studio”) or a pay-as-you-go purchase for a single pattern export.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Paystack and/or Stripe; by subscribing, you also agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the charge in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying pattern-drafting engine.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent billing, trial, or access-control mechanisms.
• Resell or redistribute TailorMetric’s software or generated patterns as a competing pattern-generation service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Your content. You retain ownership of the measurements, project data, and pattern designs you create using TailorMetric. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and render that content solely to provide the service to you.

Patterns you generate are yours to use, including for garments you sell, subject to your plan’s export limits and these Terms.

Our platform. TailorMetric, including its software, drafting engine, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, source code, or drafting algorithms.

Patterns are generated algorithmically from the measurements and parameters you provide. TailorMetric does not guarantee a particular garment fit, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control — measurement accuracy, fabric choice, seam allowances, and construction technique among them.

Cutting fabric and using sewing tools carries inherent risk. You are responsible for following safe practices when using any exported pattern.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
